After the opening address by Nino Mangiapane - Head of eHealth and Telematics, Ministry of Health (DE) - Roberto Ascione, President of PHI, will be one of the very special guests for the review panel: Health 2.0 — Introduction and state of play - scheduled at 1:40pm.
