Publicis Healthware International (PHI) is a pure digital communications agency specialized in healthcare communications, with a strong e-health and information technology focus.

Founded in Italy (Salerno) in 1996, PHI is a division of Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, the largest and most innovative health oriented agency network in the world.

The PHI team, led by the founder Roberto Ascione, is made up of more than 150 digital professionals in two Hub Offices based in Salerno and New York, and has satellite offices based in Europe (Milan, Rome, Paris, Düsseldorf) and USA (Ames, IA and Yardley, PA).

Through integrated research and development and consulting services, in addition to a full range of digital capabilities, PHI develops projects and business solutions aimed at improving communication and dialog on healthcare matters.

PHI is organized into three business units, focused on consulting, communications and technology.

The consulting area supports the process of business transformation, made possible by new technologies, and offers a wide range of services including process consulting, change management, e-business strategy and experience design.

Key areas of expertise of the communications business unit include the realization of digital strategies and projects for pharmaceutical industries such as digital marketing (mobile and web), e-detailing, CRM, e-learning, e-science, health 2.0, KOL management and multichannel delivery, and specific services for Hospitals, Scientific Societies, Health Institutions, as well as Food and Consumer Goods industries.
The technology area ensures the development capability and the technological implementation of communication programs together with the realization of platforms, business solutions and proprietary tools to increase the deployment of the digital tactics.
