BioGene is an association devoted to the study and application of bio-informatics to genomics, post-genomics and proteomics.
BIOGENE, together with the University of Milan, the University of Rome "La Sapienza", ICAR-CNR (Istituto di Calcolo e Reti ad Alte Prestazioni, Calculation and High Performances Networks Institute, of the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, National Research Council), are the authors of a Research Project entitled: “Public-private laboratory for the development of integrated bio-computerized tools for genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics (LAB GTP)”. This Research Project has been presented to the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) within the guidelines according to the DM 593/00 art. 12.
